Our R&D department is well equipped with all modern amenities necessary for quality control. We give topmost priority to quality products. Quality tests are frequently done in our own laboratory for every batch of the products.

Our products are often subjected to stringent quality tests in agricultural universities and ICAR laboratories also. The scientists of Kerala Agricultural University and officers of agricultural department also make surprise visit to our laboratory to draw random samples for quality check. Quality tests like c.f.u/g, stationary technique, microscopic observations, optical density tests etc are done immediately after fermentation before mixing with suitable carriers. The carriers like lignite and talc are neutralized with calcium carbonate and sterilized before mixing to get the highest quality products. After mixing also quality tests are made at random.
